This policy explains what PUSH collects and how we use it. We collect only what is needed to provide the service.

1. Information we collect

• Account: name, email, and the profile photo you choose to upload.
• Onboarding & fitness data: the goals, body metrics, experience, equipment and preferences you provide, plus workouts you log, to generate and adapt your plans.
• Social content: posts, comments, cheers and friend connections you create within the app.
• Health data (optional): if you connect Apple Health, we read the metrics you authorize (e.g. steps, active energy, heart rate, sleep) to personalize your plan. We do not sell or share Apple Health data.
• Usage & device data: standard analytics and crash diagnostics to improve the app.

2. How we use it

To create and adapt your AI plans, operate the social features you choose to use, process subscriptions, provide support, keep the service safe (moderation), and improve the product.

3. Service providers

We use trusted processors to run the app, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, functions), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and OpenAI (plan generation). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Social content you post is visible to the audience you choose (friends or public). We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Your choices & rights

You can edit your profile, control post visibility, block users, and delete your account and associated data from within the app at any time. You may also request access or deletion by emailing us.

6. Data retention & security

We retain your data while your account is active and delete it on account deletion (subject to limited legal/backup retention). Data is encrypted in transit and protected by access controls.

7. Children

PUSH is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
